Duties:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.
- Record and track rent payments, lease agreements, and lease renewals for tenants.
- Process accounts payable for property-related expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- BCom degree required.
- SAIPA/SAICA articles completed.
- Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a similar role
