Financial Accountant
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Financial Accountant for the Africa division with extensive IFRS 16 knowledge, this candidate will support senior management in decision making, identify risks and fill the gap between finance and operations.
Duties:
-Analysing change and advising accordingly
-Analyse competitors and market trends
-Assisting with compliance for all financial accounting policies
-Preparation of IFRS reporting
Education and Experience:
-CA(SA) with 2 years post article
-SAP is advantageous
-Advanced IFRS 16 knowledge
-Africa exposure
Skill
-Retail environment is non-negotiable
-Problem solving and analytical skills
