My client is based in the East of Johannesburg and they are seeking for a Financial Accountant to join their team.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- CA(SA)
- Providing accurate and reliable financial information, including monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, completing of financial packs, and tax computations.
- Business Improvement initiation and implementation, in line with legislative changes (IFRS, SARS, SARB)
- Ensuring sound and effective financial management by effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Identify business risks and implementation of controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
- Building solid relationships with customers, suppliers, auditors, legal, financial institutions etc.
- Coordinate the monthly stock counts.
- Manage both internal and external audit engagements.
- Effective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making.
