Job Summary :
Our client stands at the forefront of the Telecommunications industry, powering digital connectivity and shaping the future of communication. They're looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to lead critical reporting, reconciliation, and compliance functions. An opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a company that champions expertise, strategic thinking, and forward-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare full Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
- Compile audit packs and liaise with external auditors
- Report to external stakeholders
- Maintain the fixed assets register and manage asset accounting
- VAT calculation, submission, and reconciliations
- Assist with or prepare budgets and forecasts independently
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Sage)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting
Experience:
- Completed SAICA articles
- Minimum 3 years post-articles commercial experience (essential)
