That's what finance does here: we make sure the money blocks all fit together so the construction team can do their magic. As an Accountant, you'll handle everything from fixed assets and VAT to PAYE, reconciliations, and Caseware reporting. It's busy, it's hands-on, and it's the kind of role where your numbers really matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of all the fixed assets so nothing goes missing
- Make sure the "money rules" are followed with VAT and PAYE
- Build neat and tidy reconciliations that balance every time
- Use tools like Caseware to tell the story of the numbers
- Help run the full finance function and support the team wherever needed
- BCom in Accounting
- Completed articles (SAICA or SAIPA preferred)
- 1-4 years' experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Caseware an advantage
- Strong understanding of fixed assets, VAT, PAYE, and reconciliations
- Detail-loving, energetic, and ready to grow in a busy environment
