Duties:

• Cash flow forecasting.
• Release payments- daily EFTxe2x80x99s and monthly payments to clients.
• Reviewing of supplier amendments.
• Reviewing supplier recons monthly.
• Executing foreign supplier revaluations monthly.
• BEE preferential procurement calculation and upload.
• Creditor aging analysis.
• Debtor age analysis reconciliation to TB (ensure submodule balances).
• Monthly Group reporting of debtor classification (Client Risk).
• Monthly reporting of sales, forecast and order book value (Flash sales).
• Maintaining fixed asset register depreciation calculation monthly.
• BEE scorecard management.
• Month end journals and other non-routine journals.
• Recharges to group companies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom
• BCom Honours and CTA
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA articles.
• Big 4 audit firm exposure beneficial.
• Experience in the client manufacturing industry is beneficial.

Skills & Competencies:

• Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Good understanding of VAT and Company Income Tax.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality analytical.
• Process orientated.
• Good Microsoft Office (MS365) knowledge
