Job Description
Our client is looking for a Financial Accountant.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Commercial and Financial Accountant to join our team in Centurion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing leases, deal making, credit controls for leases, and financial reporting and reconciliations. This business operates in the manufacturing space and is a well-known brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage lease agreements and commercial finance transactions.
- Negotiate and structure deals with clients.
- Implement credit controls for leases to minimize risks.
- Prepare financial reports and perform reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth lease operations.
- BCom qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of lease accounting and commercial finance.
- Excellent financial analysis skills.
- Ability to handle complex financial transactions.
