Job Description
Our client in the Transportation industry is currently looking for a Financial Accountant, in Durban.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing reconciliations.
- Ensuring that monthly management reports are generated timeously.
- Assist with management accounts, schedules and queries.
- Preparing financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with year-end functions.
- Any other ad hoc assignments which will be assigned from the General Manager and Group Financial Executive at head office.
- Accounting background.
- Knowledge of Accounting Practices.
- Knowledge of IFRS Accounting practices and principles.
- Auditing practices and principles.
- Ability to Analyse Data.
- Company policies and procedures.
