As the Senior Finance Manager at the telecommunications company, you will play a crucial role in steering financial strategies and optimising financial performance within the rapidly evolving telecommunications sector. Your duties will include:
Full financial accounting function including journals, GL maintenance, and reconciliations
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Tenant billing, recoveries, and rental income oversight
Compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls
Fixed asset management and depreciation
Support annual audits and prepare audit packs
Liaise with property managers and operations to ensure financial accuracy
Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies across the portfolio
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- B. Com degree in accounting
- SAIPA
- 4 years relevant property experience
