Job Description
- Full accounting and audit function for the entity including but not limited to
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Oversee and manage the internal and external audit processes
- eFiling submissions - VAT201, IRP6, ITR14
- Managing and reconciling cashbook entries using Sage Evolution
- Loading and managing payments through Business Online.
- Management of customers and suppliers
- Processing of purchase orders of imported goods.
- Inventory adjustments.
- Physical inventory counts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Matric or equivalent; additional certification in Accounting/Finance/Bookkeeping is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience
- SAGE experience will be highly advantageous
- Excel experience
