Financial Accountant BUILDSMART experienceA leading civil engineering contractor based in Cape Town is seeking a Financial Accountant with Buildsmart software experience to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Full financial accounting function, including monthly reporting and reconciliations
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Managing project costings and reporting in Buildsmart
- Preparation of audit files and liaison with auditors
- Compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Supporting project managers with financial insights and control
- BCom Accounting or relevant financial qualification
- Minimum 3xe2x80x935 years of financial accounting experience, ideally within construction or civil engineering
- Proficient in Buildsmart software (essential)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
