Salary Range: USD $2,500 - $3,000/month
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time (Mountain/Pacific depending on season)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting functions, maintain financial accuracy, and support leadership with reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of accounting experience, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Pro, exposure to U.S. accounting practices, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time)

• Manage all accounting functions using QuickBooks Online/Pro.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

• Process and manage Stripe transactions and reporting.

• Prepare and deliver financial forecasts, reports, and analysis for leadership.

• Assist with year-end processes, including 1099 preparation and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. accounting rules, GAAP fundamentals, and best practices.

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and strategic financial decisions.

• Provide timely, accurate, and clear reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills (Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time)

• 4-5 years of professional accounting/finance experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Pro (recent and hands-on use preferred).

• Experience with Stripe payment processing (strong plus).

• Solid understanding of U.S. accounting rules, GAAP principles, and 1099 compliance.

• Proven experience in financial forecasting and reporting.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• QuickBooks certifications.

• Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies.

• Background in travel, tourism, or service-oriented industries (plus but not required).
