to lead the next evolution of its finance systems and data infrastructure. With a strong focus on automation, scalability, and real-time analytics, this role plays a strategic part in supporting global finance operations and driving continuous innovation through technology.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team of financial systems analysts Foster a collaborative, agile environment that champions automation and innovation Provide strategic input into the financial systems roadmap and digital transformation initiativesSystems Design & Automation
Design, implement, and maintain automated financial systems and tools Build robust, scalable ETL pipelines to ensure clean, structured financial data Automate key finance workflows including reconciliations, income statement reviews, and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
