Skills & Experience:
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Contribute to architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Exposure to leading or mentoring team members is highly desirable.
Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API development is advantageous.
