Job Summary
FINANCE SUPPORT - R 30,000 pm - STELLENBOSCH
Are you detail-driven, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced finance environment?
We're looking for a Finance Assistant to support our Financial Manager and contribute to the smooth running of finance operations across multiple divisions.

Handle daily preparation and capturing of all bank accounts (including foreign currency accounts).
Manage monthly reconciliations of intercompany loans.
Assist with forex accounts, FECs, and USD CFC accounts, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Act as the 2nd authoriser on EFT payments.
Provide administrative support to the Financial Manager, from opening bank accounts to audit preparation.
Assist with monthly bank downloads and invoice offers, with the potential to step in as a fully functional backup for the Debtors Controller.
Contribute to process improvements and flag potential risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / 3 yr Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
- Clear, professional communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
Has a strong grasp of finance processes and reconciliations.
Is comfortable working with foreign currency transactions.
