Finance Shared Services Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, able to think and communicate at a strategic level. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, commissions, and credit card management across all entities as well as collaborating with stakeholders and leading a team of accounting professionals. This position involves:
Managing the day-to-day operations
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Evaluating and enhancing financial systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy
Proposing and implementing automation initiatives
Maintaining strong understanding of financial systems architecture and integration points with operational and reporting processes
Overseeing and maintaining integration between the Project Accounting system and ERP system, ensuring data flows correctly across platforms
Developing and implementing standardized processes to ensure compliance
Ensuring all consulting and product fees are billed accurately
Overseeing third-party and internal sales commission payment
Reviewing timesheets and expense reports
Assisting the financial control team with external audit requests
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Advanced Systems Implementation experience (advantageous)
Possess knowledge in Information and IT Systems
Strong ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
Proficient understanding of USA GAAP and IFRS
Understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English
Qualification:
BCom in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or similar)
