Job Summary Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Analyse daily reporting from multiple retail sites to identify trends, variances, usage, waste, and overall performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with a focus on gross profit margins and operational efficiency
Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and financial controls
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and statements to ensure accurate pricing and reporting
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Chief Operating Officer
Assist the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Minimum Requirements
A finance-related qualification (Diploma or similar)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance, retail analysis, or financial administration role
Solid understanding of the retail and sales environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability
