Finance & Retail Analyst

Job Description
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Analyse daily reporting from multiple retail sites to identify trends, variances, usage, waste, and overall performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with a focus on gross profit margins and operational efficiency
- Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and financial controls
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and statements to ensure accurate pricing and reporting
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Chief Operating Officer
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
- A finance-related qualification (Diploma or similar)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance, retail analysis, or financial administration role
- Solid understanding of the retail and sales environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability

Remuneration A market-related salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications, will be offered.
