Manage relationships with vendors and intermediaries to ensure efficient and sustainable
KEY OUTCOMES
Relationship Management
Manage the relationships with our vendors and intermediaries, to build long, sustainable and effective business relationships
Conduct reviews and quality checks to ensure consistent and quality governance is in place for the Financial team
Liaise and work closely with relevant partners with regards supplier invoices, timeous payments etc.
Vendor Management
Manage all Interested Party content, ensuring that any legislation and compliance requirements are met
Ensure vendor information and relevant documents are up to date i.e. tax clearance certificates etc.
Manage the integrity of the approved vendor (supplier) list
Intermediary Management
Maintain the integrity of the Intermediary information, including regular reviews, updating of details and documentation requests
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of intermediaries
Finance Administration
Maintain policies and documentation
Maintain internal controls
Ensure all filing and other administration responsibilities are maintained and kept up to date
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular audits within the Financial team to determine areas of improvement and to ensure quality standards are being adhered to
Attend relevant other business area meetings to support the business and identify opportunities to improve internal services
BB-EEE Coordination
Understand and communicate relevant BB-EEE requirements
Coordination and facilitation of all BB-EEE information and needs in order to meet requirements
