Job Summary Finance Manager International Hospitality Business JHB R65 000 - R75 000 Basic (Neg) + benefits New opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager skilled in both strategic & operational accounting within logistics, hospitality, or tourism industries to join this leading international business based at their Johannesburg hub. As Finance Manager you'll be responsible for the effective financial management of South African office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, & alignment with global Group financial standards. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, & treasury functions, providing strategic & operational financial support to the business. Key Accountabilities: Financial Reporting & Control Budgeting & Forecasting Treasury & Cash Flow Management Taxation & Statutory Compliance Operational & Commercial Support Payroll Oversight Team Leadership & Group Coordination Requirements: Start date February 2026 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) advantageous. At least 5 years' experience in financial management or financial accounting, with demonstrated leadership & team management with in a multi-national company Travel, tourism, or hospitality industry experience beneficial. Excellent knowledge of IFRS and South African corporate tax requirements. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Salary package: R65 000 - R75 000 Basic (Negotiable) + benefits
