created by extended payment terms and restricted access to traditional credit.

By accelerating payments, EPS improves cash flow for SMMEs, strengthens supply chain

resilience for Anchor Corporates, and delivers low-risk, high-impact investment opportunities

through a structured financing model.

Role Overview

The Finance Officer will oversee the finance operations of EPS, ensuring accurate, timely,

and compliant management of all financial transactions. The role encompasses the end-to end financial management of invoice discounting disbursements, reconciliation of

collections, interest refunds/rebates, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable,

budgeting, and compliance. Additionally, the Finance Officer will provide strategic support on capital budgeting,

financial modelling, and capital raising initiatives to enable EPS's growth and

sustainability. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive finance

professional with strong operational discipline and the ability to balance routine financial

management with strategic contributions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

? Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or

treasury roles (preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services).

? Technical Proficiency: Skilled in financial reporting systems, accounting software,

and advanced MS Excel/financial modelling.

? Knowledge: Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial regulations, tax, and

compliance frameworks.

? Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop budgets, models, and forecasts with high

accuracy.

? Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, able to present financial

insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
