Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Tasks

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and forecasting future financial needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
