This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager who thrives on partnering with the business, translating data into meaningful insights, and contributing to commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Finance Business Partner across operational and commercial teams.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes.
- Analyse financial performance and present clear, strategic insights to senior management.
- Simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
- Support operational teams in a call-centre environment through data-driven insights and financial controls.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and financial frameworks.
- Completed CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is essential.
- 2-3 years' post-articles experience.
- Experience in financial services, Fintec or IT
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
