Job Summary
Inspire and guide a high-performing finance team, setting clear goals and driving results
Partner with department heads to embed financial awareness and support decision-making
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts, and board-level insights
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring realistic, data-driven plans
Monitor costs, margins, and yields to identify opportunities for profitability
Implement robust internal controls across cash, stock, and procurement processes
Oversee audits, statutory reporting, and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
Manage cash flow, fixed assets, and Capex schedules with precision
Liaise with auditors, SARS, and financial institutions to maintain governance standards
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of proven accounting experience with 3 + years of managerial experience
Hospitality experience highly beneficial
Able to commute daily to Franschhoek
Qualification:
BCom Degree in Finance / Accounting
