Our operations are supported by a fully remote team of professionals across Latin America, as well as an external accounting partner managing both property-level and corporate bookkeeping.With plans to scale and a new strategic investment in a global software business, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial coordination, team supervision, and cash flow management.About the RoleThe Finance Manager will play a central role in the day-to-day financial oversight of the company. This includes managing internal financial operations, supervising remote staff, coordinating with external accounting partners, and ensuring effective cash flow planning and execution.This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role with direct impact on the financial health and operational continuity of the business. Given our growing interest in South Africa as a hiring region, candidates based there are especially encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate activities of a remote finance and operations teamOversee cash flow, ensuring funds are available for payroll, vendor payments, and operating expensesManage and approve money movement, including payroll disbursementsWork closely with the external bookkeeping firm to maintain accurate records and reportsMonitor budgets and support ongoing forecasting effortsPrepare internal financial summaries for leadershipEnsure adherence to internal controls and financial best practicesIdentify and implement process improvements in finance operationsQualifications5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in real estate, property management, or related sectorsStrong command of cash flow oversight, budgeting, and operational accountingExperience working with remote or distributed teamsProficient with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience managing or coordinating with offshore accounting teamsExposure to multi-entity businesses or real estate and software combined portfoliosBased in South Africa or with availability to work within overlapping time zonesGrowth OpportunityThis role offers a pathway to expanded leadership, with the potential to support financial operations across multiple business units as our software division grows in parallel.
