A decades old, stalwart within the Construction industry is in search of a Financial Manager who will play a critical role in the financial operations of the company, overseeing and managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The position is ideally suited for a CA(SA) who's passion errs on the side of operations.

This position is responsible for ensuring the companyxe2x80x99s financial stability, compliance and regulatory requirements, and efficient resource allocation. The Financial Manager collaborates closely with regional project heads to support the companyxe2x80x99s overall objectives.

As Financial Manager you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans xe2x80x93 provide support for regional project head to ensure their project budgets and cashflow forecasts are reliable
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to executive management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Identify and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Cost reports / budgets for head office. Tracking and improving of operations budget against planned budget

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Registered CA(SA) is essential
• Advanced Excel
• Efficient in RIB Buildsmart advantageous
• Willingness to travel to the Western and Northern Cape
