We're looking for a strategic, detail-driven financial leader who's ready to oversee all financial management functions, drive efficiency, and support a world-class hospitality team. This role suits someone residing in Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch, or nearby Northern Suburbs (Brackenfell, Durbanville, Kraaifontein, etc.). ? What you'll be doing: Lead and mentor a strong finance team, fostering accuracy and excellence Oversee full financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Analyse costs, margins, and performance to drive profitability Implement sound financial controls across all departments Manage cash flow, stock, and procurement processes Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, UIF, and audit requirements Collaborate with management on business strategy and decision-making ?
