Are you a seasoned finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for numbers? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Klerksdorp. This is a key role, responsible for overseeing the full finance function, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-makingKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SARS, VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and service providers.
- Drive process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Manage and develop a small finance team.
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CIMA or SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous).
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a finance management or senior accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.
