Job & Company Description:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to make informed financial decisions that will impact our ability to provide high-quality services to our clients.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector.
- Articles preferable.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the organization. Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements in the healthcare sector.
