Job Description

Malander is seeking experienced Finance Manager for a manufacturing company based in Industria West. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with 2-5 years of post-articles experience. This role requires someone who is immediately available and ready to take ownership of the finance function, bringing strong technical knowledge and sound business acumen to the team.
Priority ERP experience is non-negotiable for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
• Support external audit and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA(SA).
• 2-5 years of post-articles experience in a finance role.
• Immediate availability required. (your profile will not be considered for the role if you are not immediate)
• Proven working experience on Priority ERP (non-negotiable).
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry or multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
