Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the end-to-end finance function, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls.
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights that support growth, profitability, and scalability.
- Design and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring processes.
- Recruit, develop, and guide high-performing finance teams, promoting a results-driven and accountable culture.
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making support
- Enhance financial processes, systems, and operational effectiveness within a fast-evolving environment.
- Maintain the right balance between strategic leadership and hands-on involvement as the organisation grows.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership or financial management capacity.
