A leading organisation in the FMCG/manufacturing industry is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Manager to join its finance team. This role is pivotal in providing financial leadership, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to translate financial insights into actionable strategies, and adept at leading a finance team to deliver high performance.
:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, supporting business growth through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Oversee working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions
• Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements
• Drive cost efficiency and operational improvements across finance
• Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and upgrades
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance and administration team
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives
• Drive change management across finance and administration functions
• Provide ad hoc financial support to the business, including insurance and benefits administration

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• CA(SA) accreditation is essential
• Minimum of 5 years' post-article experience in finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries
• Proven experience in strategic finance leadership and business partnering in a multi-entity environment
• Advanced SAP experience
• Experience in digital finance transformation and data analytics
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills
