Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Must have a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional qualification is an advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel is essential
  • Must have strong leadership and communication abilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
  • Supporting senior management with financial insights and strategic analysis.
  • Overseeing audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.
  • Leading and developing the finance team.
