Job Description

Job Summary
This position oversees the full finance function. You will work closely with local operations and global finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality financial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (IFRS aligned).
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and banking processes.
Ensure full compliance with VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, and audit requirements.
Support commercial initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.
Oversee payroll accuracy in partnership with HR and service providers.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
Act as liaison with international finance teams on reporting and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA, or ACCA advantageous.
5+ years' experience in financial management or accounting.
Experience in travel, hospitality, shipping, or related fields an advantage.
Proven team leadership experience.

Skills & Competencies

Strong financial reporting, IFRS knowledge & analytical skills.
Advanced Excel & ERP/accounting system proficiency.
High attention to detail, integrity, and organisational capability.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
