Finance Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounts settlement function to ensure accurate, timely processing and high service standards.
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and payable performance, ensuring strong controls and compliance.
- Drive process improvements, efficiency, and quality across finance operations.
- Ensure timely transaction recording, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor billing performance, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Review balance sheet and income statement items, explaining variances against forecasts and prior periods.
- Manage tax compliance, statutory submissions, and payment schedules.
- Prepare forecasts, reforecasts, and financial presentations for management.
- Maintain accountability for team performance, outputs, and continuous improvement
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a managerial financial role
- Proven track record in a logistics environment (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Solid understanding of financial reporting principles and requirements
- Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory financial calculations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial objectives
- High level of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
