Lead and manage the accounts settlement function to ensure accurate, timely processing and high service standards.
Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and payable performance, ensuring strong controls and compliance.
Drive process improvements, efficiency, and quality across finance operations.
Ensure timely transaction recording, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
Monitor billing performance, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
Review balance sheet and income statement items, explaining variances against forecasts and prior periods.
Manage tax compliance, statutory submissions, and payment schedules.
Prepare forecasts, reforecasts, and financial presentations for management.
Maintain accountability for team performance, outputs, and continuous improvement
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a managerial financial role
Proven track record in a logistics environment (advantageous)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Solid understanding of financial reporting principles and requirements
Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory financial calculations
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial objectives
High level of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
