Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Drive cost control, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team for high performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and governance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
- CA(SA) qualification beneficial.
- 4+ years financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong skills in budgeting, cost management, analysis, and financial systems
