Are you a qualified CA(SA) ready to step into a role where your strategic insight, commercial acumen, and leadership abilities truly influence business performance? Our client, an established player within the manufacturing and distribution space, is looking for a dynamic Financial Manager to head up their finance function and drive operational excellence across a fast-moving environment. As the Financial Manager, you will oversee the full financial function, provide strategic input to the leadership team, and ensure robust controls and reporting structures are in place. This role is ideal for a CA(SA) who enjoys both big-picture thinking and operational involvement - someone who easily moves between the boardroom and the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and strong financial governance
- Oversee full financial management: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit
- Drive cost management, margin analysis, and operational efficiencies across the business
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Partner with operations and supply chain to support commercial decision-making
Qualified CA(SA)
5+ years post article experience
Management experience required
Manufacturing industry experience beneficial
