  • Lead the full financial management of the company's property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse property performance, rental income, operational costs, and investment returns to support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and capital allocation for ongoing and upcoming development or acquisition projects.
  • Collaborate with the operations, development, and asset management teams to evaluate project viability and optimise financial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, property valuations, and financial risks to support proactive planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, external partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, implement financial controls, and strengthen internal reporting systems.
  • Support senior leadership with insights, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • CA(SA)
  • 7 to 8 years Post Articles
  • 4 years relevant Property experience
