1.Oversee the full spectrum of financial management, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for property portfolios.
2.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
3.Manage cash flow, taxation, and audit processes.
4.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders to support property investment and operational decisions.
5.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.
5.Drive process improvements and financial controls to optimize efficiency and profitability.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 7 to 8 years Post Articles
- 5 years relevant Property experience
