Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Position Overview:
A leading workforce solutions company has an exciting new opportunity available for a Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager works closely with the Finance Executive and Operational teams in providing financial decision support. One will provide insight and analysis through commentary on financial performance and assist in taking necessary corrective actions towards achieving financial results.
The Finance Manager is tasked with the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts and reporting on business performance. He/she will assist Business Unit and Division leadership in achieving budgeted performance and managing financial risk.
Experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- A completed Bachelor of Commerce with specialisation in Accounting.
- Professional certification would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis.
- 5+ years' experience in a Finance Managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Regulations and Accounting Standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
