Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, controls, and policies.
- Provide financial insights to senior management to drive business performance.
- Manage financial reporting and month-end/year-end processes.
- Work closely with auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Implement and maintain effective cost control measures.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting degree
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing/
, reporting, and analysis. * A proactive leader with experience managing teams and driving financial performance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and contribute to strategic decision-making
