Job Description
Key Performance Areas:
- A Strategic Business Partner to the leadership team.
- Manage the overall regional finance function including FP&A, reporting, compliance, and operational execution.
- Developing and implementing sustainable financial strategies.
- Managing financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for sustainability improvement.
- Utilizing GIS tools to assess and optimize supply chain logistics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Reporting on sustainable financial practices to stakeholders.
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA SA) qualification.
- Strong financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with industry/market dynamics and complex transactions.
- Strong background in FP&A, controllership, and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and under tight deadlines.
