Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Requirements:

• B.Com in Accounting or equivalent.
• SAICA Articles an advantage.
• Own transport with valid driverxe2x80x99s license
• Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an Accounting/Senior Bookkeeping role.

Key Performance Areas:

• Daily accounting & processing group transactions
• Cashbook processing & bank reconciliations
• Review the general ledger mid-month and month end.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile VAT returns timeously.
• Prepare and populate budget schedules.
• Prepare/load creditor payments at month end/when required.
• Setup of accounting procedures
• Complete income tax returns for review.
• Complete taxation supplementary packs.
• Salary journals & reconciliations
• Prepare cash flow analysis and projections.
• Assist with audit year end requirements.
• Review creditor payments for Group.
• All payroll functions including EMP201, EMP501, COIDA, WCA compliancy, pension & medical benefits, leave reconciliations; UIF & PAYE registrations & general HR administration and advise.
