Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting
- 5 years experience in accounting (3 as a Financial Manager) within the Property space
- Oversee a team of 3.
- Manage all billing related financials, debits, credits, and budgeting.
- Cash management, negotiate payment terms.
- Yearend planning
- Audit planning and audits
- Analyze and evaluate financial information.
- Co-ordinate management accounts
- Assist with costing.
- Meet with clients face to face for negotiations and ad hoc meetings.
