? Manage all aspects of hospital finance - budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

? Lead and mentor a small, dedicated finance team.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (postgraduate advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager (non-negotiable).
- Advanced Excel and accounting systems experience (Sage, SAP, etc.).
- Proven ability in budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Healthcare sector experience is advantageous - or a passion to make an impact in it.
