Finance Manager

Job Description
As Finance Manager you'll be responsible for the effective financial management of South African office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, & alignment with global Group financial standards. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, & treasury functions, providing strategic & operational financial support to the business.

- Financial Reporting & Control
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Operational & Commercial Support
- Payroll Oversight
- Team Leadership & Group Coordination
- Start date February 2026
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) advantageous.
- At least 5 years' experience in financial management or financial accounting, with demonstrated leadership & team management with in a multi-national company
- Travel, tourism, or hospitality industry experience beneficial.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and South African corporate tax requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
