The Finance Manager will be responsible for the full finance function, including financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight. They will ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements while monitoring property portfolio performance. The role requires strong commercial acumen to support decision-making, streamline processes, manage audits, and maintain internal controls. In addition, the Finance Manager will partner with operations and senior management to drive profitability and efficiencies while leading and developing the finance team.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Com degree in accounting
- SAIPA
- 7 years relevant Property experience
