Job SummaryThe Finance Manager oversees the financial health of the organization by managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. They provide strategic guidance and analysis to senior management, ensuring financial compliance and efficiency across the company.Responsibilities: * Responsible for Brother CISA cost management.

  • Responsible for Brother CISA fixed assets management
  • Responsible for Brother CISA receivables control
  • Responsible for Brother CISA payables management
  • Assist in issuing various financial statements of Brother CISA
  • Financial Planning And Analysis: Develop financial forecasts, budgets and strategic plans. Analyze financial data and present insights to support decision-making. Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Oversee audits and work with auditors to address any financial concerns.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial investments. Develop strategies to optimize cash reserves and mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Operations Management: Supervise financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance, training and development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Proven experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
