Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team of 10+ professionals.
• Review and sign off financial statements, reconciliations, and technical outputs with pinpoint accuracy.
• Redesign accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency across the team.
• Interpret large datasets, blockchain-based financial information, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple clients.
• Build reporting frameworks, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification (essential).
• 5+ years post-articles, ideally as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Direct experience with crypto/digital asset accounting a must.
• Advanced proficiency with digital asset accounting tools (Cryptio, Tres, Entendre), ERP systems, systems integration, high technical accuracy, and strong analytical ability.
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements involving crypto transactions.
• Experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
