Finance Manager: Crypto & Blockchain

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team of 10+ professionals.
- Review and sign off financial statements, reconciliations, and technical outputs with pinpoint accuracy.
- Redesign accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency across the team.
- Interpret large datasets, blockchain-based financial information, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple clients.
- Build reporting frameworks, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
- CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification (essential).
- 5+ years post-articles, ideally as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
- Direct experience with crypto/digital asset accounting a must.
- Advanced proficiency with digital asset accounting tools (Cryptio, Tres, Entendre), ERP systems, systems integration, high technical accuracy, and strong analytical ability.
- Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements involving crypto transactions.
- Experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
