Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of the accounting function, ensuring all monthly deadlines are consistently met
- Leadership and development of the finance team, including performance management
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, flash results, board packs, and reporting packs
- Cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and annual budget consolidation
- Implementation and improvement of financial policies, procedures, and systems
- Liaison with internal and external auditors, including oversight of statutory and tax submissions
- CA(SA) with a minimum BCom in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Manager
- Experience in forex beneficial
- Experienced in advanced Excel and Accpac
